Red RoseBenefits of Joining. You will have the opportunity to talk to other members and hear positive feedback about how to cope with tinnitus. Our group sends out a newsletter twice a year keeping you updated on what is happening locally.

Meetings generally have a speaker whose subject has some connections with health/well being and there is always someone to advise on tinnitus issues. Followed by a question and answer session and a cup of tea/biscuits.
